What our guests says about facilities

White Horse & Griffin offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Really good Dishes

The dinner at the restaurant was simply lovely. Each dish was crafted with care, and the flavors were amazing. I especially enjoyed the mussels in garlic and wine; they were perfectly seasoned and mouthwatering. The experience was elevated by having homemade bread to start off the meal, truly setting the stage for a fantastic evening.

Comfortable Retreat

Staying in the Warrior Queen room was a delight. The furnishings were not only comfortable but also reflected the historical charm of the building. The layout was spacious, and I particularly appreciated the large bath that made my stay feel like a spa retreat after a long day out.

Convenient Parking

Having off-street parking made our trip so much easier; it was a relief to know our car was secure while we explored. The nearby public parking was also reliable, ensuring we had no issues finding a spot when we returned.

Charming Lounge

The resident's lounge was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The ambiance was cozy, and I loved the selection of homemade biscuits available for guests. It felt like a home away from home, and my partner and I enjoyed sharing stories with other guests in such a relaxed setting.
